Again it has passed to much time till I finally started to read these books. I just liked the universe of Belgarion & Co. more (and other books), sorry. I bought the audio-book of the 1st volume some time ago, but unfortunatelly it was only an abrigded version and I listened only one or two times to it. Somehow this storyline wasn't very interesting for me. It took really long till I finally reached the 3rd book. This really has some great parts! And the end ... wow! Now I even wished there would be more stories about Aphrael, Talen and of course Sparhawk!
